My name is Betti András, I am a psychologist and complex dance therapist, and I also have qualifications as a trainer and mediator. Outside of my practice, I spend my time teaching dance classes focused on women's self-confidence. I am convinced that taking care of ourselves is not selfish, loving ourselves is not vanity, and time spent on ourselves is never wasted.

How can I help you? Through self-awareness work, I support you in gaining a deeper understanding of how you function, your resources, and your obstacles, as well as developing your mental flexibility, or resilience. Our work together may focus on strengthening self-compassion, managing stress and anxiety, stabilizing self-esteem, and preventing or processing burnout. I provide support in achieving work-life balance, rebuilding motivation, and developing assertive communication, boundary setting, and saying no skills. We can address relationship and sexual difficulties, coping with breakups, and various relationship issues—whether at work, between parents and children, or between couples or friends. In addition, there is room for strengthening subjective well-being and exploring topics related to experiencing femininity and masculinity.
