Her profession is her passion, and she is fully convinced that one of the most important pillars of our health, well-being, and vitality is proper nutrition. Since “everyone is the same in a different way” and our complaints are diverse, our dietary needs are also individual. These can be adjusted through personalization, individual advice, and practical experience.
Her main fields of interest are weight loss, food allergies and intolerances, insulin resistance and other hormonal problems, and she is happy to assist with any condition that can be managed or restored through diet.
Education
She graduated as a dietitian from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University, then obtained her degree as a health education teacher at the University of Szeged.(2003 - 2007)
