From a young age, I was fascinated by the workings of the human body and the diversity of healing. I started learning massage at the age of 13 with the mentoring of a relative, which launched me on a career in health. I then went on to obtain an OKJ qualification as a nurse practitioner.
Job experience
I worked in Ireland in a live-in carer position, where I considered individually tailored physiotherapy and massage to be of key importance, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of elderly patients.(2023)
I gained my professional experience in a variety of settings and through a range of challenges. I worked as a volunteer in the COVID intensive care unit, and later served as a substitute physical therapist and massage therapist.(2021)
