To this day, what motivates me most in my work is ensuring that my patients achieve the best possible outcomes and regain the best possible range of motion following their trauma. My main areas of research are the autologous cartilage transplantation procedure (Novocart 3D) and minimally invasive hyaline cartilage regeneration therapy (Chondrofiller).
