He obtained his medical degree with summa cum laude honors. He completed his specialist training in neurology at the Neurology Clinic of the University of Pécs under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sámuel Komoly, and he passed his specialist exam in neurology with an excellent rating.

He has extensive international experience: he worked for a few years as a consultant neurologist at England's largest neuroscience center, the Manchester Centre for Clinical Neurosciences, which is responsible for the neurological care of approximately 3.2 million residents. He then spent two years at the Cayman Islands Public Hospital, where he was responsible for the organization and clinical management of neurological care.
