Education

Dr. Darabos graduated in 1990 in Budapest from the Faculty of General Medicine of Semmelweis University. He obtained his board certification in surgery in 1994 and in vascular surgery in 1998.(1990 - 1998)

Job experience

He has been working for more than 10 years as head physician and department head at Honvéd Kórház in a full-time position; in addition, he runs a vascular surgery outpatient clinic at HT Medical Center and operates in the One-day Surgery unit. He has extensive experience in both conventional and diode laser vascular surgery procedures.

Performed procedures

Performing lower limb reconstructive vascular surgery, aneurysm surgery, as well as surgical treatment of carotid artery stenosis.
In recent years he has had the opportunity to master so-called hybrid procedures. These interventions combine conventional vascular surgery operations with interventional radiology procedures (PTA, stent implantation).
