I feel fortunate because the importance of vascular medicine (angiology) is becoming increasingly apparent; in recent decades, it has developed into an independent discipline from cardiology, vascular surgery, and internal medicine. New drugs with novel mechanisms of action that have recently become available are already providing great help to patients and angiologists in effectively combating the development of the disease.
It is important to know that most vascular diseases are progressive and, without treatment, will lead to a worsening condition! Vascular examinations are painless, but they can help cure or prevent serious, life-threatening diseases!

Job experience
The coronavirus also reached our hospital, so recently, together with my excellent colleagues, I spent eight months treating patients with the virus as deputy head of the coronavirus department and head of one of its sections. As a sign of appreciation for our work, I received ministerial recognition and the Szent Corona award based on nominations from patients. With the pandemic subsiding, I currently see patients one day a week at the Pesti Magánorvosi Centrum (Pest Private Medical Center) in addition to my main job.
