I do my work calmly, accurately and quickly, and I try to provide a cheerful, informal, friendly environment, relieving tension with conversation and humour.
I believe that recovery is a team effort in which both the patient and the healthcare team play equally important roles. Therefore, effective treatment can only be achieved through proper mutual communication, joint doctor-patient decisions made after thorough discussion, and personalized care. Sufficient time must always be devoted to this process.
