My professional interests focus on gynaecological endocrinology. The hormonal balance is a determining factor in our lives and in the different stages of a woman's life, be it adolescence, childbearing age, pregnancy or menopause. I pay special attention to the prevention of gynaecological diseases (bleeding disorders, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, fibroids, infertility, spontaneous abortions, cancers), as well as to the development of individualised contraception, family planning, conscientious prenatal care, prevention of maternal weight gain after childbirth, and the preservation of maternal health.
