During my scientific work I have authored and co-authored several publications and scientific papers in Hungary and abroad, in recent years mainly on the topic of psychological problems in the perinatal period.
In my work, I have gained experience in the complex treatment of a wide range of psychological problems, such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, crisis, personality disorders, bereavement, organic psychiatric problems, memory disorders, dementia, relationship and life management problems, problems related to childbearing, psychological difficulties/disorders during pregnancy and postnatal period.
Education
In 1997 I graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of the University of Pécs, in 2001 I passed the specialist examination in psychiatry and in 2005 in psychiatric medical rehabilitation.
Job experience
For 10 years I worked at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the University of Tartu, then from 2008 I worked at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychiatric Rehabilitation of the Szent János Hospital in Budapest (now called the Szent János Hospital Family Center for Mental Health), since 2014 as a deputy head of department. In addition, I have been the head of the department's Organic Psychiatry Unit since 2010, and I am a member of the team of the unique national Baby-Mum (Dad) Programme, which aims to identify and treat mental disorders before and after childbirth.
