Dr. Ágnes Herczegfalvi is waiting for a paediatric neurological examination for all children who suspect: a delay in movement or intellectual development, who are undergoing some kind of developmental treatment but the cause of the symptoms is unknown, various movement disorders: over-mobility, stunting, loss or deterioration of previously learnt movements, various skin patches, vasodilatation (often due to neurological or metabolic disorders), speech delay or speech disorders, learning disability (previous school performance). assessment and screening for other neurological conditions.
Education
I passed my specialist examination in infant and paediatrics at Heim Pál Children's Hospital. From 1980, paediatric neurology became my chosen field of interest, and I obtained a so-called supernatant specialisation in adult and then paediatric neurology.

Job experience
In 1984 I started to perform electrophysiological studies (ENG and EMG) on pediatric patients, and in 2001 I obtained a PhD degree, also in Debrecen, on spinal muscular atrophy (spinal muscular atrophy).
After graduating from university, I started working at Heim Pál Children's Hospital, where I spent 25 years.
