Dr. István Kertész is a board-certified cardiologist with decades of professional experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. He earned his medical degree from the University of Szeged, and subsequently completed board certification in internal medicine and cardiology.
Throughout his professional career, he has played a significant role in the development of modern cardiological diagnostics, particularly in the introduction and application of echocardiography (heart ultrasound). He has decades of experience in performing echocardiographic examinations, which are essential for the accurate assessment of structural and functional abnormalities of the heart.
