As a pediatrician and pediatric pulmonologist, I consider it my duty to not only treat diseases, but also to focus on prevention and care, with particular emphasis on patients with allergies and asthma. I consider it very important that asthma patients and their parents understand their disease and know how to use their inhalers properly (which often cannot be taught during appointments financed by the National Health Insurance Fund due to time constraints), thereby making their treatment more effective.
Education
2000 University of Debrecen, Faculty of General Medicine
2006 pediatric medicine specialist exam
Performed procedures
I mainly treat children with suspected asthma or hay fever, recurrent bronchitis, croup, and persistent coughs, but I also treat general infant and pediatric illnesses.
We can also perform allergy tests (skin tests) and respiratory function tests if necessary. In the case of diagnosed asthma, I also make recommendations for prescribing long-term medication in accordance with current legislation.
