In my work, I strive to be present not only as a doctor, but also as a woman. While maintaining high professional standards, I also want to normalise general gynaecological screening and emphasise its importance. To dispel the tension, possible fears and possible shyness present during visits with appropriate empathy, tact and information. I would like young girls to see the gynaecological check-up as a means of getting to know their own bodies, their femininity, and their conscious attitude towards their bodies, rather than as a task to be completed.
