Throughout my career, I have consistently adopted a holistic approach to musculoskeletal surgery, where the boundaries between orthopedics and traumatology blur.
I have had the opportunity to gain experience not only in the surgical management of more complicated, complex trauma cases and fractures healing in non-union or malunion, but also in primary joint replacement surgery and revision (prosthesis replacement) procedures.
My professional philosophy is that, as technology advances, our field must keep pace so that we can provide our patients with more precise and faster treatment and a better recovery. For this reason, in addition to my ongoing professional training, in recent years I have expanded my knowledge in the areas of limb correction surgery, the design and use of patient-specific 3D-printed navigation tools and implants, and robot-assisted prosthesis placement.
