Dr. Norbert Mészáros is a clinical oncologist and radiotherapist.His daily clinical practice includes radiotherapy and radio-chemotherapy of all benign and malignant tumours.
Her research focuses on brachytherapy and teletherapy of breast tumours and partial breast irradiation using an accelerated, image-guided, intensity-modulated technique.

Job experience
He has been involved, among others, in phase I-II multicentre studies (high dose, inter-tissue, accelerated radiotherapy, post-breast conservation surgery, low-risk breast cancer) of the European Society for Breast Cancer Working Group, in special breast irradiation studies after breast conservation surgery in Hungary, and in radiosensitivity scientific studies.
For more than a decade he has been a senior physician at the Department of Radiotherapy of the National Institute of Oncology, and an adjunct professor at the Department of Oncology of the Faculty of General Medicine of Semmelweis University.
