In my practice, I place emphasis on a well-founded diagnosis, a predominantly conservative treatment plan tailored to the individual’s condition, and a carefully selected treatment strategy. As part of this, when indicated, targeted pain-relieving interventions—including paravertebral and ultrasound-guided paravertebral injection treatments—may also be considered.
