I graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at Semmelweis University of Medicine in Budapest, and 4 years later I passed the specialist examination in pulmonary medicine. I gained experience in the National Ambulance Service, both as a medical student and as a medical graduate.
Job experience
I also consider social engagement important, having served as the chairman of the board of trustees of a public health foundation for more than 14 years.
I have worked and still work in parallel in the hospital department of a pulmonary hospital, in hospital outpatient clinics, in several pulmonary care units, and in outpatient clinics. I have performed managerial tasks as a chief physician for pulmonary care, and successively as a medical director and as the general deputy to the director general in two Budapest specialized clinics.
