Dr. Gyöngyi Sebestyén, a specialist in X-ray and ultrasound diagnostics, deals mainly with breast ultrasound examinations.She decided during her university years that she would like to specialise in radiology, i.e. imaging examinations. "It's a multifaceted and interesting field, and I also have a personal relationship with patients, which is very important to me," she says.

Education

I graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of General Medicine of Semmelweis University in 1987, and obtained my degree in radiology in 1995 with distinction.

Job experience

From 1991 to 2001, I received excellent radiology training at the Radiology Department of the BM Central Hospital, gaining experience in general X-ray diagnostics, ultrasound and CT diagnostics, and mammography.
Since 2002 I have been working as a senior physician in the radiology department of the Flór Ferenc Hospital in Kistarcsa, and since 1995 I have also been active in private care, including at the Istenhegyi Gendiagnostika Clinic.
