My main professional fields of interest are the treatment and follow-up of reflux and peptic ulcer disease, IBS, coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, and inflammatory bowel diseases, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy (ulcer, polyp, tumour, etc.).
In my work I consider prevention, health preservation, and the complex treatment and follow-up care of my patients to be of key importance.
Education
I graduated as a general practitioner from the Debrecen University of Medical Sciences in 2000, then obtained my internal medicine board certification at Semmelweis University in 2006 and my gastroenterology board certification in 2010.
Job experience
I gained my hospital experience between 2000 and 2008 at Szent Rókus Hospital, then for more than ten years in the 2nd Department of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and in the endoscopy laboratory of Uzsoki Street Hospital. I also participated in the national CRC (colonoscopic) screening program. I am currently working as chief gastroenterologist at the outpatient clinic of District XV.
