I am Dr. Yan Chen, a specialist in otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and aesthetic medicine. Throughout my medical career, I have always prioritized my patients’ health and well-being, whether dealing with ENT conditions or providing aesthetic treatments.
My main fields of interest are surgery of the paranasal sinuses and nasal septum, the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the pharynx and larynx, as well as identifying and treating the ENT-related causes of snoring. Taking a general medical history, reviewing previous illnesses.Several ear, nose and throat examinations may be necessary to make an accurate diagnosis. The specific tests used will depend on the symptoms and the suspected condition.
The larynx is only examined after prior information, because this examination requires the patient's cooperation. If this is not successful, the examination will be attempted again under local anaesthesia. The pharynx (epipharynx) is examined in the same way.
