After his medical studies, he worked in the obstetrics and gynaecology department of the Várpalota Hospital. During this time he performed nearly 2000 deliveries and gained considerable experience in performing minor and major operations in gynaecology and obstetrics. After obtaining his specialist qualification in anaesthesiology, he was acting head of the intensive care unit and continued his work at the Intensive Care Unit of the III. He then worked at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of the Gyula Nyírő Hospital, where he was one of the first to introduce the foetal-occupational programme. Since 2000 he has been working as a private practitioner at Urai-Vámosi Medicin Stúdió Ltd., where he has been practising twice a week and also provides obstetrics and gynaecology outpatient care in a private clinic. He started working for Doktor24 Group in spring 2019.
