I first encountered bone setting—also known as táltos massage—at András Kovács-Magyar’s clinic. At the time, I was studying computer engineering at the University of Technology, and the stress of my studies, combined with my weightlifting workouts, was taking a toll on my spine.
In my early twenties, I found that I was in a lot of pain, even sitting for more than 20 minutes was a problem. I certainly did not want surgery, I was looking for a natural and permanent solution.
Education
I enrolled in the School of Awakening Consciousness. Since then, I have successfully applied elements of the method - primarily chiropractic and energy healing - to my clients.(2012)
Later, as a complement to chiropractic, I was introduced to the trigger point therapy method, which is an effective way to resolve the consequences of alignments, traumas and overloads in soft tissues - muscles and connective tissues.
