The test is non-invasive and does not penetrate through the body.
During the test, heart rate electrodes are first placed on the chest, under the clothes. The strings for the electrodes are fed into a small machine, which is worn around the neck with a neckband. The machine continuously measures the electrical signals of the heart, day and night. The device can be removed again in the doctor's office 24 hours after it is fitted. It is then assessed by a specialist cardiologist.
