In my work, I feel it is important to create a friendly atmosphere and to build trust so that patients feel safe when they come to me. As a woman and a mother of two, I believe I can answer any questions with confidence.
I think being a woman is good and each stage of life has its own beauty. Becoming a mother is one of the most wonderful things in life. As a fourth year undergraduate, it was the experience of a twin birth during my maternity rotation that captivated me and made me realise that obstetrics and gynaecology was the career for me. In the delivery room, not only is a child born, a family is born and a woman becomes a mother. I chose this vocation so that I could be part of the miracle of birth in my everyday life, which I was able to experience myself when my children were born.
