I believe that asking for help is not shameful, but rather the first step toward openness to change and overcoming problems, which sometimes requires a great deal of strength, but this strength is within everyone. Anxiety, loneliness, and depression are becoming more and more common in our everyday lives. I sometimes experience these feelings myself and in my environment, and I know how much they can take a toll on you.
In my opinion, we should not avoid difficult situations and events, but rather equip ourselves to function calmly in such situations, without distortions or overthinking. I can help with this.
Education
In addition to individual counseling, deepening my theoretical psychological knowledge and competence as a PhD student also plays an important role in developing my helping self. I believe that practical and theoretical experience complement and reinforce each other, contributing to more effective performance.
