Since joining the Institute's Osteoporosis Centre in 1996, my work has focused on the treatment and rehabilitation of osteoporosis, the prevention of osteoporotic fractures, and I also run the Institute's osteoporosis outpatient clinic. Within the traumatology profession, my colleagues and I have been regularly giving courses, training courses and lectures on osteoporosis for many years. I have been a member of the board of the Hungarian Osteoporosis and Osteoarthrology Society for almost 18 years.
My main areas of expertise include the treatment of joint injuries, degenerative cartilage damage, the treatment of shoulder, hand, knee and other joint problems, the treatment of the consequences of injuries, the complex treatment of Sudeck syndrome (CRPS) with severe complaints.
Education
1999 - Specialist examination in physiotherapy
In 2000, I passed an examination in "Theoretical Foundations and Practical Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine" at the University of Szeged.
Job experience
After graduation, I worked as a laboratory technician in the Pharmacology Department of EGYT Pharmaceutical Pharmacy Factory for a year, and after my preliminary examination I worked as an assistant surgeon at the MÁV Lung Institute for a year.
I have been working at my place of work, originally at the National Institute of Traumatology, since October 1983.
I have been the head of the Trauma Rehabilitation Department since 1996.
