For pre-existing, established problems, it is very important to uncover their roots, understand how they developed and to address the underlying disease or imbalance in a complex way.
During the consultations and treatments, I try to provide a personalised therapy, diet, a conscious, preventive approach and principles, which are developed taking into account the individual characteristics of each patient, and which can later be a key and toolkit for a complex change of lifestyle, for overcoming our diseases and for the further preservation of our health.
