As a psychologist, I believe in a holistic approach, in the unity of body and soul. I believe that nurturing our spiritual well-being is as important as maintaining our physical health. I also believe that obstacles and challenges in our lives, although they may seem daunting at first, actually hold the potential for progress.
Education
In addition to my education, I have a bachelor's degree in economics, but my own journey of self-discovery has led me to become a psychologist. I graduated from the University of Pécs with a degree in Behavioural Analysis, and then completed a Master's degree in Psychology at the Károli Gáspár Reformed University, specialising in Clinical and Health Psychology.
During my studies, I have paid particular attention to the topics of emotion regulation, attachment and disordered eating behaviour. I am currently studying the Hellinger Method of Family and Systems Adjustment, and I also have a further goal of training as an applied health psychologist.
