My interest in the anatomy and functioning of the human body and in healthcare led me to pursue a career as a massage therapist. In my opinion, professional development and continuous learning are essential for me to be able to help my patients effectively, as the effectiveness of rehabilitation is based on close cooperation in several areas. Accordingly, I also take a holistic approach to my profession.
Even during my university years, I had a keen interest in gynecological physiotherapy and pre- and post-pregnancy regeneration. I consider prevention, conscious preparation, and professional postnatal rehabilitation to be particularly important so that women can experience this defining period of their lives safely and with professional support. As the next step in my professional development, I am obtaining a pre- and postnatal trainer qualification so that I can support expectant and new mothers at a higher level.
