It takes 10 minutes to attach the device, after which you can resume your normal daily activities. During the test, we recommend keeping a diary in which you can note when you engaged in activities requiring increased physical exertion, when you experienced stress, and whether you had any symptoms. The test is painless, but inflating the cuff may cause some discomfort or tightness, which could slightly disrupt your sleep at night. The ABPM automatically takes measurements at set intervals, during which you must keep your arm extended. The device must not come into contact with water. The procedure does not require any preparation on the part of our patients. The results are evaluated during a consultation with a cardiologist.
