I see in my patients not only the pathology to be treated, but also the vulnerable person, so empathic, direct patient management is one of the foundations of my work. For me, the disease is not limited to the head and neck region, so I take a complex approach to diagnosis and therapy, involving interdisciplinary co-disciplines in the treatment where and when necessary.
Although ear, nose and throat medicine may seem to be a narrow field of medicine, in reality there are many diseases in everyday practice where an ear symptom is caused by a multi-organ disease. As a doctor, this is what I consider to be the most important thing in the examination and treatment of patients: to cure the disease and the patient, not just the symptoms.
