Today, there is no question that the right diet plays a major role in both prevention and treatment of disease. In addition to providing personalised advice, she believes that the best results are achieved when patients leave the consultation with the ability to develop a suitable diet for themselves.
Her areas of interest include sports nutrition, obesity management, cardiovascular disease and dietary management of insulin resistance and diabetes.
Education
She is pursuing her studies in the Master's program in Nutrition Science at Semmelweis University(2024-)
The University of Physical Education has also launched a continuing education program for sports-specific dietitians(2024-)
