Self-knowledge is life's greatest and most exciting subject, and common sense its greatest gift. It's worth running the long run with these, and the marathon afterwards. In nearly a quarter of a century of medical practice, I have learned that my patients are better and stronger than they think. I know how to turn confidence in a doctor into self-confidence.
My childhood dream came true when I became a doctor. If I could start over today, I would choose the same path. I am convinced that the most important remedy for mental health issues is empathy and understanding. Over the years, I have managed to transform my own emotional struggles into strengths, and in recent decades, I have accompanied countless successful recoveries. I have personal experience with addictions, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders, which is another reason why I’ve chosen these areas as my favorites in the field of healing.

I have been working as the strategic director and head of department at the Boldog Gellért Psychiatric Hospital, teaching Hungarian and English in higher education, working as a consultant in elderly care and as a doctor in rehabilitation institutions.(2024-)
I started as a doctor in the Department of Addiction Medicine at the Gyula Nyírő Hospital, and for the last 10 years I was the head of the department.(2001)
