Before I began working in the field of healthcare, I worked in public administration. I earned a degree in defense administration from the Miklós Zrínyi National Defense University, and then continued my studies at the Faculty of Public Administration at Corvinus University of Budapest.
As an athlete, a health-conscious lifestyle has always been close to my heart, and following a meal plan in line with established nutritional guidelines was a regular part of my daily routine. Even during my college years, I took courses on healthy living in my free time; I completed a series of courses in rehabilitation, acupressure, hormones, and nutritional counseling. I felt a passion for mastering natural healing methods.
