I believe that often, simply daring to voice for the first time what someone has been keeping inside for a long time is enough to set change in motion.
When working together, it’s important to me that there be a space where I don’t have to conform or hide what’s going on inside me. I believe that an accepting connection is, in and of itself, capable of sparking change.
