About

Common information

  • I believe that there is an appropriate massage treatment for everyone, which can improve their condition or help maintain it.
  • In addition to active movement, the body also needs passive movement, for which regular body massage serves as a good solution.

Education

  • In the future, I will strive to further expand my knowledge so that I can provide the appropriate treatment for each of my interested guests.
  • I obtained my qualification in the OKJ adult training program of Gyulai Göndöcs Benedek Szakközépiskola, where I was able to acquire comprehensive knowledge by learning Swedish massage, wellness massage, balneotherapy and therapeutic treatments.

Job experience

  • During the training, I took part in both internal and external practical sessions, where I was able to practice primary care and therapeutic massage treatments. During my practical work and the time spent in various departments, I observed that most problems are caused by muscle pain resulting from cartilage degeneration over time and by muscle cramps caused by monotonous work.
