In my work, I have had the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents, and children, so I have been able to accompany many different life stories, difficulties, and joys as a helper. I believe that we are all born with unique values and opportunities, and that everyone has the ability to develop and become their favorite version of themselves. However, achieving this is not always easy, as our lives are punctuated by difficulties, losses, and obstacles, and we may feel lost and in need of support. In such cases, difficult feelings are not just burdens, but also important signals: they can highlight when something is not working well or when change is needed.

Job experience
In my work, I often use the method of katathymic imaginative therapy (KIP), which involves working with internal symbolic images in a relaxed state. These images help to bring to the surface feelings and experiences that are difficult to put into words, yet they greatly aid understanding and processing. It is always a special experience for me to see my clients discover this inner world and learn to use it as a resource for their own development.
