I believe that real change comes from small steps and understanding. It is important to me that our work together takes place in a safe, accepting space where clients can be themselves and where, alongside difficulties, there is also room for growth, self-acceptance, and moments of discovery.
I am convinced that the process is not only about alleviating symptoms, but also about helping clients reconnect with their own values, goals, and sense of self. In this sense, I see the therapeutic relationship as a joint journey of discovery, where understanding the past gives way to consciously shaping the present and the future.
