I became involved in orthodontics in my early university years. For me, the most important thing, apart from quality work, is to communicate properly, to meet all the needs of the patient, to make sure they know and understand as much as possible about each procedure, as they are often afraid because they don't know what will happen to them.
Orthodontic treatment involves a relationship with the patient that lasts for months, often years, during which it is essential to build trust so that the goal of treatment can be achieved as smoothly as possible, with full cooperation.
