I believe in teaching; I believe that less can be more; I believe that I can point the way forward—not by focusing on restrictions, but by offering solutions that open up new possibilities. All this while ensuring that dining is not restrictive, but rather, by preserving traditions and pointing toward new directions, it can become a journey of discovery and preserve one of its most important aspects: that eating is a joy.
I am a member of the Hungarian National Association of Dietitians (MESZK) and closely follow the latest developments in functional, holistic nutrition science.
