My goal is to create an accepting, trusting atmosphere in which my clients can (re)discover their resources, strengthen their motivation for change, and achieve change in order to restore and create mental health.
In my work, I apply various approaches to family therapy, as well as solution-focused and person-centered psychology and mindfulness techniques, tailoring them to each individual case and the problem at hand.
