My main professional interests are general paediatrics, paediatric liver diseases and the care of children with liver transplants.
I primarily treat infants with hepatological and gastroenterological conditions, but I also see older children at my outpatient clinic. I participate in the education of medical students in Hungarian, English, and German.

I worked as a research fellow at the Children's Center of the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, primarily for research purposes, where I focused on genetically determined liver diseases and the care of children who had undergone liver transplants.(2006)
For four years I worked as an ambulance officer and then as an ambulance doctor for the National Ambulance Service.
