During my long career, I have encountered almost every condition in the field of otolaryngology in both children and adult patients. Without claiming to be exhaustive, I have treated patients for ear, throat, and facial pain; cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, tinnitus, nosebleeds, hoarseness, croaking, hearing loss, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, allergies, hay fever, tongue swelling, sneezing, watery eyes, itchy eyes, sore throat, lump in the throat, etc.
