I'm Orsolya Fehér, an integrative art therapist and mental health counsellor. I accompany my clients in self-awareness processes, supporting them in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, their inner resources and their stuckness.
The goal of comprehensive mental health support is not to diagnose or replace psychotherapy, but to maintain and promote mental well-being. I welcome those who wish to gain deeper self-awareness, grow personally, or need support in navigating the various challenges of everyday life. I provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental environment for those who come to me, where they can move toward self-discovery at their own pace.
Education
I have earned degrees in education, adult education, and various fields of the helping professions.(1998-2010)
I am currently studying psychology at the Károli Gáspár Reformed University and I am also a psychodrama assistant at the Hungarian Psychodrama Association.
