My goal is to use evidence-based advice to help people develop habits that can prevent, manage, or reverse disease. In my work so far, I have found that our diet has a huge impact on our quality of life and how we feel.
During my bachelor's and master's studies, I was not satisfied with the knowledge I gained at university, so I expanded my knowledge with professional books and lectures, internships abroad, and work experience.
